Hi, this happened maybe 2 years ago but it was the first time I really tried to workout consistently. And its the longest run Ive ever had since usually I give up after a week. Ive always had fatigue/been tired all day, low energy levels for the past 5~ years. Ive been told that even if its like that, if I move around more often and exercise then my energy levels will go up. (Because I dont move around enough in my day to day life). And it did work. I kept having more energy each time. But then suddenly it went back down again? Maybe after a month and a bit I started to physically not have the energy to workout and Im not sure why. So then I stopped.
The workouts werent super demanding either. It was “growwithjo”s walking workouts from youtube. I did the ones around 30-45 mins.
As Im writing all this Im thinking maybe because I dont put much effort into my diet? But for example my younger brother who is 16, he eats about the same things I do at home that my mom cooks and is completely fine. and hes been consistently going to the gym for body building for almost a year soon. Is it because he never got overweight like I did? Currently im at 156lbs/71kgs and my height is 5’2/157cm. And I used to be overweight as a kid too. And Im female.
Does anyone have ideas on what the issue could be? I also took a blood test recentlu (I still have the same fatigue) and everything was fine except for slightly low iron and vitamin d. But it cant just be that right? Or maybe diet and that? Or could it be a bigger issue?
