I don't think I'm sedentary, but I've seen people with similar lifestyles be told they are.
I weightlift 3x a week, take a walk almost every day (1-4 hrs depending on the day) & stay on my feet doing chores. I would consider that light activity.
I'm 172 cm, 65kg, I've been steadily losing weight on 1200-1800 kcals daily. The most common number is 1400-something. I lose roughly 500g a week.
The maintenance calories for my GW (55kg) would be 1600-ish (1637 IIRC) if my activity level is considered sedentary Although most days I hardly reach 1500 and feel satiated, that number feels admittedly low, considering my height.
I'm considering testing it when I reach my GW by eating at that level, however since 55kg is on the lower threshold, I'm scared that if my maintenance is higher after all that I'll lose more, which I wouldn't want.
It also feels discouraging to think I'm still considered sedentary even though I've vastly improved my lifestyle.
