Any suggestions?

Heyy everyone! I’m (21 F) 30 lbs down as of yesterday!! ( SW: 278 CW:248 GW: 200?) I just have to say how proud I am of myself. Going into my weight loss journey, I couldn’t see myself actually losing any weight tbh. But now, it feels so good!! I’m finally at a weight where I don’t feel embarrassed to say at loud lol. I wish I could see the progress. I took before pics but I still can't tell. I don’t really have a GW so I think 200 is a good choice. I graduate in December and I really want to be at like 220! Is that possible?? Hopefully it is. But the crazy thing is, idk what I did exactly to get to 248. For the past like two weeks I haven’t been as active ( no workouts or walks like I normally do) and I stopped counting my calories. I was becoming too obsessive with counting calories and it was making revert back to my ED haha. I guess portion control? Idk. Does anyone have any advice on how to get rid of darkness around the neck area? Ik it’s insulin resistance and I was hoping with the weight loss, it would lighten but it hasn’t yet. I’ve cut out most sugar and junk.

Ik I need to drink more water and eat more protein but, is there anything else I should be doing? Is weightlifting a good idea now or should I lose more weight? I want to prevent saggy skin as much as possible. Please let me know!
