Since February I have lost 9 kg. For me this was amazing, because my pre-pregnancy clothes fit me again. I have been doing CICO and working out more. I work out at home with the help of an app and I have loved it. In August we were on a 3 week vacation, 2 from that we tere at the grandparents (I have 2 small kids). And now we are back somehow I find it hard to start working out the way I used to. It was always tricky with 2 kids but now I lack motivation or I don’t know.
Did anyone experience this kind of thing? How did you overcome it?
I did a bit of Yoga today and it felt great. I hope I will be able to do my regular workouts soon :)
