Hey everyone,
Started losing around 2 months ago and have gone from 544 to 497lbs with a low carb/sugar 1800cal a day eating plan.
For the last 8 days, my weight hasn't moved at all, and this morning it had even gone up by a pound. Not incorporated any weight training yet at this stage, so I think body composition is out of the question?
Can anyone help in this situation? Its very disheartening to stand on a scale every morning and see no shift at all (especially at my size)
Every single calorie is tracked and weighed correctly including any oil/seasoning used ect
