I’ve been on a calorie deficit for almost a month and lost 2 kgs but I don’t see any difference in my body?? Clothes also look like they fit the same! I’m not sure if I’m really losing any weight and that my weighting scale might be faulty?
For reference I’m 5’1 F , 72 kgs, I used to weight 74 kgs. I’ve been very consistent so far but the lack of progress is making me lose motivation. I’ve seen people lose 5 kgs in a month and I’m starting to get really impatient.. Im doing a 300-500 calorie deficit. Is there something wrong with me?
