So yesterday, I did 13k steps. This is nothing to me as more days I hit 15k steps and even 20k rarely when I out and about for long. I’ve always been tired (leg tired) after working but it seemed fair as I walked to work and back and I have to be on my feet all day at work except during my break.
However yesterday, I did a roughly 2 hours walk = 13k steps. Did a 15 minutes madfit standing abs workout in the evening and my legs are tired. It’s like I don’t even want to stand (I can). It’s seems crazy that I have to have recovery days for steps😭.
Just to add, walking is about the only exercise I’m consistent with. My monthly average for July is 11,253. If I start strength training will this improve? I take my multivitamins although I didn’t sleep well last night, only 6 hours 30 minutes.
