I'm a young guy at 83kg, and my main goal is fat loss and to reach a lean physique at 70kg at 174 cm. I wanna know how I should ensure I meet my body goals.
About the gym, I am not a beginner and have followed several routines, but inconsistency and life have led me to never achieve any substantial results. I wanna ask what I should do to lose fat and build muscle so I can achieve a lean physique. I'm considering doing an upper/lower split this time to improve.
Regarding diet, I've been tracking my calories using a scale and app and will up my protein in-take once I join a gym.
How can I ensure that I am following the right track and won't waste my time at the gym so that I can achieve a realistic transformation in the next 3-6 months? I really am afraid of wasting all my time, effort and money to just end up skinny fat.
