37F, 5'4, and I've got 2-3 kilos left to lose: currently 60.2 and aiming for 57-58-ish.
As I get closer to my goal weight I'm tracking CICO much less intensively than I was, but instead trying to eat the right amounts intuitively and I think I'm doing a reasonably good job.
For the last 3-4 weeks I've started doing 30-40 minutes of weights and cardio 6 days a week, and I can see my body shape and tone changing, which is great and very motivating for exercise, but the scales are firmly stuck at 60-60.5.
Do I need to go back to strict CICO in order to drop the final couple of kilos? Is this plateau related to more muscle? (I can't imagine I'm developing any extra muscle in such a short space of time and without eating for bulk) Am I full of water? Am I just destined to stay at this weight? The final stretch is so hard!
