I don’t really know how to word this post. I’ve always been in the “skinny fat” department and I’ve always wished I could look better and be healthier. I have a natural sweet tooth and, as a professional cook, I love cooking and trying new recipes and eating new things. I got this app to help me lose weight and get stronger and healthier and for the most part it’s been helping.. but I can’t get over how much I hate counting my calories. I feel like I’m barely eating anything at all and I rarely eat anything I like anymore. Even tuna sandwiches aren’t good because I’m swapping out the mayo for Greek yogurt and it’s ok I guess but I miss having mayo or eating a burger and not seeing my daily calorie limit skyrocket because of that one thing. I want to be healthier and I want to eat better, but I hate counting calories and feeling awful because I decided to eat something I liked.
