I’ve noticed a lot of posts here about these topic and in my first two pregnancies spent a lot of time here in this really supportive place. I’ve seen a lot of comments and posts about pregnancy and PCOS and would be happy to help someone else going through this same journey I did.
Notes: I have PCOS, I am a 30F 5’7 and I maintain a weight of 125-130lbs. At times I have been 120lbs but that didn’t feel great. I am now 8 months postpartum from my third and final child. I also have a full-time job and am prone to hyper-efficiency as a result of my ADHD.
A lot of this journey was organising myself in an efficient way and doing bursts of things while scheduling my rest time. I work out daily but in high concentration, short bursts and never leaving the house unless I’m working out on vacation!
