Hello, I'm a (M) 6'3ft, 320lb 18, almost 19-year-old who needs some advice on what to eat. My goal is to find a meal plan that will help me stay in a calorie deficit. I have no clue what foods can help me reach my goal and still help me feel full. When it comes to physical training I have that down but again, I have no clue what to eat
Please help me kind people of Reddit, I promised my partner I'll get better and I want to deliver. I've been this weight for almost 5 years now, I can't wear what I want, I can't go out without sweating and I'm very ashamed of letting myself reach this point, I'm tired of giving myself pity and I want to make a change no matter how hard it may seem
Currently weight: 320lb Dream weight: 260lb/270lb
