I have PCOD and very high cholesterol which I was able to bring down. But I am not losing any weight. I've only lost 2 kgs and it's making me feel like I might get an ED- I work hard on my diet for two weeks, and then fall back into a binge pattern for a day. I work out at least thrice a week and love weight training. Nothing is working for me - I gained all the weight back that I had lost two years ago plus more (around 20kgs). I was also very stressed all of last year because I had no job. I don't know what to do, I feel v demotivated.
