I am new on this sub and english is my second language so sorry about it.
I am currently at 171 kg (377 lb) and 6.1 ft, down to 130 kg before and took it back, while im was doing it I was taking professional advise.
And begin deficit like a 10 days ago, and started to look for any info I can get, and I dont take any advise from professional so I dont know what should I be worry about.
Currently i am taking avarage 1500 cal a day, no breakfast, protein and vegetable based lunch, and for the dinner salad (olive oil), some beans, and chicken breast with butter. Before going bed 1 glass milk and walnut or almond (4 piece)
So I would like to ask what should i be worry about with this diet, I dont want any problems like gall bladderstone any advise is welcomed.
