hey, i’m 18f, 5’4.6 in height, and weigh 176 lbs. i am on a calorie deficit (yes i am using a tracker), walking a lot for my job, but not seeing weight loss after being on a deficit for a while. i did a recent blood test, and it indicates i am vitamin d deficient , i am at 24.4 ng/mL and it shows normal range is 32 - 100 ng/mL. (i also have thyroid issues, hypothyroidism, but it seems to be regulated using synthroid according to my lab results). can this be a factor as to why my deficit isn’t seeming to work and why i’m not losing weight?
