Hi there! I'm new here, and first of all - sorry for my poor English.
I'm a 24 years old female, who was very obese at some point. Due to my work, I started to lose weight - I walk A LOT, mainly on stair. My legs are the biggest difference, my breasts are also a lot smaller now, but I can't lose fat in my stomach and upper arms area. I'm desperate now, since my legs are toned now, and the dispropotion makes me look even worse. I can't go to gym, since there aren't any in my area, and I have a very small apartment, so I can't get any equipment either. I'm a newbie to the topic too, since I never really bothered with anything else but diets (I'm a very active person so I never worked out).
Are there any specific exercises that could help me with loosing fat in my belly? I'm grateful for every tip and willing to try anything to become healthier.
And yes, everything is right with my health, no diabetes, no thyroid problems, and like I said - I walk around 15km everyday, mainly on stairs.
Ps: if there are specific foods to help with that, I'm open to that too. Or maybe should I avoid certain things?
