Advice on my first plateau, also the effectiveness of fruits

I 27M started my journey about 2 months ago at 288 LBS and am currently hovering around 258-262 for the last couple weeks and keep seem to stay under that.

I’ve been eating in a calorie deficit and cut out a lot of the bad foods I’ve been eating, ESPECIALLY soda completely. I was walking about 1-2 miles a day for a while but that has gone down since my schedule changed for work.

I guess I’m asking advice how to push through where I’m at now. I usually eat a hearty dinner, and either a sandwich for lunch or nothing at all and try to fast occasionally. I’ve been considering eating a bunch of fruit for my lunches like 2 clementines, an apple, and a banana. Sometimes I’ll have some nuts as well. Is this considered a healthy light meal? Or is too much fruit like that a bad thing
