I am 194cm (6’4) and currently weigh 80kg (176lb).
I began my cut about 3 months ago and weighed around 90kg (198lb). My strength has gone noticeably weaker, so has my energy but not my motivation and discipline. I try to eat around 2300 calories a day but sometimes I end up eating 2500 but thats it. Drink Coke Zero almost everyday.
I have clearly lost face fat, hand fat, but my belly and waist fat will literally not go away. Everyone I know from my parents to my teachers are telling me that I have lost weight and look malnourished. I was actually never overweight, I was just skinny fat, but my fats on my body made me very angry so I decided to cut.
Should I start implementing cardios? Otherwise I walk around 8km a day, but during summer that number goes drastically down. Should I try increasing weights? That will be very hard as I am currently only trying to maintain the weights as it keeps becoming harder and harder to lift them. What should I do?
