I changed the way I ate march 1st. Stopped eating foods without nutritional value. The only thing I eat that’s not that great for my gut health is probably protein bars, but it’s not that often. Just when i’m craving something that a protein bar could substitute for. Now I don’t restrict I still eat out with my fam time to time or friends. I do still try to get the healthiest thing, though. I also most definitely get enough water in, and I know bloating a little by the end of the day is normal, butttt idk mine seems to be A LOT more than it should be. Any tips? (I use digestive enzymes to, they help but not much.)
