Now i solely do weight training, should i account weight training in my activity level for my TDEE?

I’m on the upper end of the healthy weight range, so a few kgs lower would be fine. I don’t want to drastically lose more weight. So, now i do bodyweight training ~4.30hrs a week. I eat ~250kcal under my ‘sedentary TDEE’. I know that weight training doesn’t burn as much as cardio. I wonder whether consider my maintenance calories as my sedentary TDEE or lightly/moderately active?

I talked to a personal trainer on the internet (i didn’t hire them tho, just chatting). They said i’m ‘moderately active’ and if i follow their logic, me eating 250kcal under my sedentary TDEE would create 650~700kcal deficit which sounds too much. What do you guys think?
