hi! im 20 y/o, 5’3, and 143 lbs (female). im visiting my family in asia in three months and want to enjoy my trip without unwarranted comments on my body. if ur familiar with asian culture, you’ll know that lots of people there consider women over 100 lbs overweight. its not like they’re going to pull out a scale and weigh me, but i think losing 30 lbs will put me in a good place where i can breathe easy. ive been steadily trying to lose weight since january (new year’s resolution lol) and have lost 10 lbs already! im just trying to… speed it up … any help is greatly appreciated <3
im an active lifter! i lift 3x a week and started incorporating more cardio recently. ig im just looking for validation that this is indeed possible so i can be more motivated 😔
