I've been on weight loss for 3 months now and I don't eat breakfast. Everyone around me says it's the most important because it gives you energy for the day and helps regulate appetite and more. Thing is, even when I wasn't on calorie deficit I skipped breakfast most days. It doesn't affect my performance, instead I find that I get more tired and sleepy if I do eat breakfast. I mean yes, I do get hungry but it's shockingly more easy to control then when those late night appetite kicks in. Is it dangerous not to eat breakfast? If yes then should I change my diet to include breakfast.
