I had been on a plateau for basically this entire month, stuck at about 192 pounds. I attributed it to me being pretty lax on my calorie deficit this month and perhaps overestimating my TDEE. I was also sick earlier and ended up passing out at work, so I needed to make sure I was eating a bit more than I planned on this month. This morning, I weighed in at 188. I have no idea what it was, but I suppose I was still dropping fat even though my weight had remained stagnant for weeks. Another thing is my period is towards the end, but even prior to the week leading up to my period my weight had been stuck in the same range. So if you’re going through something similar, your weight might still be dropping and don’t let it discourage you too much!
Stats: I’m female, 5’6, 20, and moderately active (I dance 3-5 times a week). My calculated TDEE is about 2500, and I aim for 1600 calories but I typically ended up eating about 1800-1900 a day, but this month there were quite a few days where I ate 2000+. June 100% wasn’t the best month and I am definitely not on track to hit my goal weight of 185 this month, but I’m glad I’m not stuck in the 190s anymore!
