Looking for some motivation. I have been eating healthier and exercising since Jan and am down 47lbs - last weekend I went to a friend’s wedding and took a few days off where I didn’t weigh or watch what I ate. I really enjoyed the weekend but I am very keen to get back on it. Historically this is where I would give up and go back to my ‘normal’ bad diet and lack of movement but I don’t want to do that this time however I am struggling with it. So any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated.
