I am 141 lbs and wanting to go down to 127 or something along that lines. And my aim is to lose 15 lbs in 4 months. I am 5’5. And I am planning to start gym again in a day or two after months of break. I am aiming to eat 1200 calories. I don’t know how to strictly calculate calories but I will try to be as accurate as I can. And should I weigh myself everyday? And Is there any advice you would like to give me? I have never gotten below 133 lbs and always been stuck around 138-145 and this time I really want to reach my goal weight. So any suggestion truly is welcomed.
