ive always been underweight or normal weight girl. i was an underweight kid and up until puberty I was around 20-25 kilograms. started to increase normal increase until college I was 50 kgs. the past few years between depression and hard life in general I reached 75 kgs. lost 5 and now I'm 70. I'm 158 cms and just turned 29. trying to lose around 10 kilos for my big day in 2 months but it's very hard even though I eat little, I don't struggle that much with hunger. do you have any tips for me? I have MS so working out is not an easy thing to do with all the fatigue I'm feeling but I’m hoping I lose the weight without having loose or sagging skin
