Went from 90 kg to 71 kg in 4 months.

Title. I started my weight loss journey in January and since then, I have lost a considerable amount of weight. I didn't go to any gym, nor did any cardio, I just simply started to eat less.

Since I'm a muslim, I fasted for the entirety of Ramadan and that really helped me shed weight really fast. I won't recommend 15 hours of fasting for 30 days everyday cause that really makes you feel exhausted for the initial few days.

Usually what used to happen in Ramadan was a lot of consumption of oily foods and sugary drinks, I totally avoided that and only broke my fast with dates and fruits.

Thanks to everyone on this sub, your posts have been really helpful. Remember, we all will reach our goals with a little determination.
