I really need some advices and tips that would help me to manage my weight and keep it in a healthy range without having to count calories/macros because it drains me out.
I need to build up some willpower to stop instantly giving up on my goals and I want to be healthier. I just don't know how to start… I always plan a lot of things way ahead of me then give up and binge on the next day. I'm sure my horrible diet and poor eating habits will catch up to me soon (especially because of my insulin resistance and pcos) I'm so anxious about it, and still every morning I chose to ruin myself even further. I come up with 1001 excuses to binge, then feel anxious again and plan a new detoxifying perfect diet just to give up on it the second I wake up. Taking smaller consistent steps is "too slow" but doing nothing and repeating the same motto "tomorrow is a new day" every single day of 6 months is so much more effecient
