Plateauing or recomping?

I started at 180 and now i’m down to 160. I strength train/ lift heavy 3/4 times a week and aim for cardio 2-3 times a week.

I was loosing weight at a pretty good pace (1.5 lbs a week) until I hit 165. It took me a month to move from 165 to 163 and another month to move from 163 to 160.

i’ve been stuck at 160 for about 2 weeks now. I do feel way more toned and I can feel myself getting stronger (slowly).

Is this a normal? It seems like weight loss has progressively gotten slower for me and I “plateau” for a few weeks before dropping another 2 lbs.
