So for about the past month and a half I’ve lost close to 20 lbs a little back round I’m a 6 foot male and I started at 205 and I’m around 183 now. I’ve been on a semi-strict diet I usually have a high protein smoothie for lunch everyday(300cal) then kind of eat what I want for dinner. I also go to the gym 5-6 days a week and burn about 400 calories between lifting and treadmill. It has been working really good and it seems sustainable but from everything I’ve read they say it’s not and I will most likely gain it back. I’ve been on a high protein low calorie diet because I’m trying to keep my muscle which seems to be working. So I guess my question is could it be that this works for me or should I stop with my diet and slow down the weight loss.
