Everytime I hangout with friends, we always end up eating out or getting a treat like bubble tea or ice cream. It’s so impossible to maintain a deficit because I can’t track the portions of restaurant food and I can never tell exactly how many calories are in a meal.
I don’t want to say no and miss out on hang outs though and I don’t want to be that person who says they don’t want to eat something because “it’s unhealthy” because I don’t want to make other people insecure about what they eat or ruin the mood.
How do these people stay so skinny though when they also eat out all the time?? I don’t get it.
