How to lose body fat
Hello everyone! First of all sorry for my english its not my first language. I have a question and would love some tipy for how to get more shredded and lose body fat. I would like to try some caloric deficit, but I don't know how to calculate it. This is my current routine:
•Height 178cm • Weight 75 kg •Age 21 years
Office work where I sit most day
Mon-Fri everyday Activity: • 1 hour of muayi training or 1 hour of cardio at home • 3 km run
Food: •2052 kcal
Breakfast 9:00 391 kcal Snack 11:00 454kcal Lunch 13:00 432 kcal Snack 15:00 81kcal After training 18:00 453kcal Dinner 19:00 241 kcal
Macros: •175 g of protein • 215 g carbs • 49 g fats
