I’m 135lbs 5’5” male planning to get to between 130-133lbs to reach my ideal weight.
Previously I went down to 127lbs to get that flat stomach, but my body and face ended up looking too skinny!
I’m mostly eating mixed vegetables, beans, mushrooms, tofu, lean chicken or salmon/cod. With the occasional red meat when eating out maybe once or twice a week.
I burn 100-160 calories per cardio sessions 3-4 times a week. And I use dumbbells right after to work on my upper body. All at home.
What should I do/change?
