It all started with me trying to lose 5 kg at 75kg around 3 years ago. I am 33 f, now I am at 89kg. Everytime I start low carb diet, I lose 2kg along with missed periods. This goes on for 3 months by which point I start to gain weight rather than losing. No matter my calorie deficit or exercise or walking. I keep on gaining kgs. It has me so much frustrated. I would only get my periods if I go back to eating carbs. I know it's not my diet or workout. Somehow my hormones go haywire on losing weight. I am not on birth control pills. Should I use hormone regulators? Has anyone had similar experience? How should I lose weight?
