Hello I am using the Adaptive Tdee app on Android. I have 3 months of data in there and it is giving me daily calories to follow. However I am also training for a triathlon, weight lift and teach Yoga. Some days I eat back a few of the calories burned but not too many. Not even half. When I update these calories in the app, I have gone over my 'Need to eat" calories on the app and it lowers the next days total etc. How can I use the app without making my "need to eat" lower and lower and lower if I have had a heavy calories burning week. Do I use net calories instead?
