I am a 23M, 6 foot, 180lbs. I think I have a high fat ratio and don’t look good. I’ve been calorie restricting, walking a lot (average 12k steps) and restarted boxing (did it before). I’ve lost 4 pounds in 2 weeks but not sure how much weight I should drop. My goal is 166 but not sure if that would make me look good enough. I just want to have a fit body, not rock solid abs and crazy biceps.
Also, I’m kinda in between what should I do in terms od excersize. Should I keep boxing, join a gym, or start swimming? Any advice is appreciated
