Hi guys, I am a 26 year old male weighing 86.25 kilos and 5 feet 11 inches tall. I recently took a comprehensive full body test and the results were bad. I learnt that my cholesterol levels (LDL) are off the charts and I am also in the pre-diabetic stage. Other than that, the body fat and protein percentage is high and I am in the overweight category. The main culprit is my lack of self control when it comes to junk food. My intake would easily cross 3500-4000 calories on an average day. However, a few days ago, I visited my grandparents' place which is located in a remote village with little/no access to junk food. I am craving junk food all the time but there's nothing I can do about it. I tracked my daily caloric intake and now it is somewhere between 950-1000 calories. I can notice a little weakness in my body but nothing too concerning. I am able to carry on my daily activities without any issues. That being said, my stay here is coming to an end and I am afraid that I will return to my old ways. How do I maintain the status quo and fight those cravings?
PS: Apologies in advance if my language and articulation is bad :)
