24 Male 6’2 eating at a strict 2,000 cals everyday for the past 11 weeks tracking my weight daily.
Gained about 40lbs of fat through my alcoholism and horrible diet.
Started at 212lbs now i’m 191lbs. It’s hard to believe how my body has been transforming, I train decently hard lifting weights 4 or so times a week only upper body (don’t care about working legs that’s what runnings for am I right?) First time in my entire life I can JUST slightly see some abs beginning to come out, it’s wild. I’ve had a fat gut for the last 3 years.
My diet consists of 300ish grams of chicken breast per day, which I make into a caeser salad with dressing lettuce and croutons (I literally have eaten this everyday for 10+ weeks) along with 2 scoops of vegan protein 28g protein per scoop and then I basically fill the rest of my calories with sort of unhealthy food to keep it sustainable so I can enjoy my diet. This part usually consists of lucky charms or cinnamon toast crunch, maybe some ice cream, candies. Whatever it is, you can be damn sure i’m weighing it out to the gram.
It’s crazy how many people out there make money from their fitness programs and secrets to getting shredded bs when in reality the only thing you need to know is eat less calories than you burn. It took me years to finally understand that and here we are.
