Hey everyone, long-time lurker here. I wanted to share some photos to inspire and also offer insights into what worked for me. My approach centered around cardio and long-distance hiking to burn calories. I didn't do much strength training, which resulted in some muscle loss, but my legs are noticeably more defined and powerful. I mainly focused on calorie counting and developing healthy eating habits that fit into my work schedule. I'm still actively attempting to lose weight but seeing these photos has reminded me how far I have come.
