Need some encouragement

Hi all, hope this is okay to ask here! I had Gestational Diabetes when I was pregnant and although it sucked, I was eating super healthy and in turn lost about 15-20kgs while pregnant. I was already quite a high weight to start, so the loss wasn’t a concern to anyone. After my baby was born, I got so excited to eat all the yummy things again, that I was letting myself eat what I wanted. Told myself it would only be for the first month or so, then I would get back on track. However, here we are roughly 10 months later and I’ve put on about 10-12kg since giving birth.

I’m so upset with myself, because I know I can do it and I felt so good eating better. It’s just now there is no immediate incentive making me eat well.

I don’t know how to get back on track. Every time I try, it lasts a few days to a week and I go back again.

Has anyone experienced the same or can anyone please offer me some advice? Thank you x
