Hey, I'm 29 almost 30 years old 1.74 meters tall, in the last 1 year and 8 months I went from 108 KG to the top 70 KG in 8 months or so without training at all just by eating well, and back to 76kg with resistance training which I'm a sure big part of it is muscle.
Anyway in that year I've been "stuck" on 22 -22.5% of body fat and my goal is to get to the 15-14% range (well I want a six-pack :P ) but I started to wonder if it's possible at all? can a former fat guy get to this without any surgery / outside intervention? I know there is an excess skin issue but not much and I'd think that even with it it's possible to get to this range of body fat. But I'd like to hear from you guys :)
