So, I started my journey in December 2023. I started weight training with a personal trainer 3 times a week. I am 176 cm tall and started at 93 kg. My progress in weight training was very fast, I could lift more from one week to another, inches started falling off, but my weight loss was very slow. At this moment I am fluctuating between 88-90 kg. My calories goal was first set to 1850 kcal, now it’s 1750 kcal. I don’t see much difference in how I look when I look at myself in the mirror, but I am evidently much stronger. For the last month my inches are stalling, my weight is stalling, yet I do everything the same. Although I know I should just keep going because this is a marathon, I really struggle with keeping motivated, especially when I see some posts from people that made a huge difference on their body with just several months of training. I feel like I should have list weight first and then start training…How do I stay motivated?
