It is so hard for me to count macros and calories when I cook. I 100% rather eat something processed that has a label that I can just put into MyFitnessPal. Idk why but when it comes to cooking a meal and counting that’s when it gets stressful for me.
Also Ngl I struggle with OCD. Probably not the right sub to vent about this in but ugh I’m trying to lose weight. I’m 236lb and 5’5. I’ve been going to the gym for about 2 months and counting calories. So far I’ve only lost 10 pounds. I want to lose weight faster and have been working so hard but ngl im addicted to food. I’ve been better and counting but I have days I fall off. I think it’s hard for me to count calories because I’m so bad at meal prepping and staying on a routine. Idk any help with this or tips will help.
