I’m having an issue where I absolutely cannot stop thinking about food. It’s so bad to the point where I’m literally looking up recipes and things on social media when I never saw stuff about food on social media. I’ve been keeping up with my deficit, but I’ve become so obsessive over food that it’s taking over my mind and I don’t know how to stop it. The ONLY time I don’t think about food is when I’m dancing, but obviously one cannot dance 24/7 and I already dance about 1-3 hours everyday. Food is literally all I’m thinking about when I do homework, shower, or do anything. And while I’ve not been indulging in food as much, my mind has been thinking about nothing else…
