For extra information, I'm 1,77 m tall, female. I started my weightloss on October 13th 2023. Which is a half year. My starting weight was 123kg and today I hit 102.5 kg. I never focused on what I eat, but I still lover to eat healthy food. My diet contains mostly rice, veggies and meat. Only thing I did is removing of 95% the snacking that I did before. I don't exercise a lot, just two times a week for two hours each time.
