10k steps is approx 8.5kms a day.
I have a wfm job and i am rarely put of my chair or bed. On weekends I sleep all day ( no exaggeration). I have started gym ( 6 days a week cardio+ strength training). I want to involve 10k steps in my routine but i rarely go out , so what should I do ?
I can barely get 1.5k steps from an hour's walk....so yea I don't think with that pace I can get 10 hours put of schedule to just pace around.
Also , I get really tired from gym to do anything more physically tasking. Please leave your fav way to get them steps in. Any idea or suggestions would be helpful!
( Also, let me know if 10k steps has made any significant changes for you for your weight loss or is it just a wasteful effort ).
