Im 21, M2F, 6 feet tall and I weigh 400 pounds. Over the last couple of days I said I have wanted to make a change. Im a Behavioral Health Technician and I work at a rehabilitation facility where walking up and down stairs is plentiful. since the 11th of March. I have been on a 500 calories a day diet. Where I have been eating unprocessed coconut (200 cal) tuna (80 cal) and the Belvita Breakfast bars (230 cal) daily, I am allowed to have a zero sugar zero cal energy drink to stay awake at work. Im also allowed a single zero sugar pop daily. I went from drinking a two liter of soda to drinking a single can everyday. I think that tomorrow I will go to the gym to go work out.
I have been experiencing fainting spells. Headaches, and my depression seems to be worse. I want some advice, while also keeping up with this diet. I am currently waiting on some medication to come in the mail, as I have been prescribed .25mg Wugovy to assist in my weight loss journey.
