I have an Apple Watch which I’m not awesome at wearing/using. I just switched from myfitnesspal (too many ads now) to Cronometer for food logging.
I have MINDBODY which I use for various studio fitness classes. I have an apple fitness subscription for home workouts/meditation.
I’m wanting to start using something for weight lifting - I think I might be able to get really strong and I do best with a plan. I’ve been looking at bodybuilding.com’s app for the programming/tracking, there’s also a few local trainers I know who have “online personal training” with their own apps. I don’t want to overpay but I would like a routine to follow and to be able to track my progress (3 days/week, maybe a slight focus on things to help with posture/add booty). Any recommendations here? Anyone pay the premium for an online trainer?
What all are you guys using? Any mindblowing super helpful app you love?
