I’m stuck, 1200kcal, workout 3-4 days a week but losing and gaining the same 2kg

32yo F, SW: 152lbs, CW: 148lbs, GW: 132lbs, 5’4. Tracking calories since November. I just can’t seem to get past 67kg after working out 3 times a week and sometimes even being 50-100kcal under my 1200kcal limit a day. One week I’ll be at 67 and the next I’ll weigh in anywhere between 67-68kg and I feel absolutely defeated…

My day normally looks like: x2 pieces of toast, cheese and tomato for breakfast a soy flat white

Protein and carbs for lunch (all measured and oils etc counted too)

And dinner anything along the lines of 500-600cals

Snacks are fruits and sometimes chocolate but always within budget. I can’t cut out snacks or treats as I’d go insane…

-Water intake is about 2L a day.

-Workout is running for 30min and weights for another 30min.

I’ve seen the doc and all bloods seem ok. No underlying conditions etc. do I cut my calorie limit further? Do I save for a gastric bypass? I’m going insane.
