I can't even take a shower because of how much I hate looking at my skin.

I have stretch marks EVERYWHERE that are wrinkly and indented, from rapid weight gain. Back, sides, arms, legs even genitals. This is my side of arm and back of arm area: https://imgur.com/gallery/oDI3bXb

I'm 5'3", 25F. I have PCOS which caused this stubborn fat. Still, I have been able to slowly shed some weight - I was 200 lbs 8 months ago and I'm 167 lbs right now. My goal weight is 115-120. I fear that by the time I get there my stretch marks and crinkles on the body look much worse. They're already much worse upfront than in pictures. I wish I could stick to a skincare routine for at least improving them somewhat but I hate feeling/acknowledging them so much that I can't even do proper body care. I really want them GONE. I hope that it's either loose skin at the end of the journey so I can simply cut the skin off, or miraculous improvement from weight loss (I guess that's unlikely). Even if they were flat it would be fine but I simply don't know what to do about the indented/pitted weird things.

In terms of actionables that might actually be effective, what kind of procedures/dermarolling/microneedling can I do for these? How did yours look after weight loss?
